Cancellation Policy

We hope you don't, but if you need to cancel, please let us know!

1. Cancel 5 days prior to your arrival date: 

​

The host will not charge you anything if you cancel 5 days prior to your arrival date. However, the amount of refund you will receive depends on the type of payment you choose:

  • For credit card and PayPal payments, non-refunable processing fees paid to the payment platform will be deducted from your total refund. 

  • For manual payment, you will receive full refund amount. 

2. Cancel after 5 days prior to your arrival date

  • For credit card and PayPal payments, you will be charged the first night plus non-refunable processing fees paid to the payment platform. 

  • For manual payment, you will be charged the first night.

3. For long-term stays (more than 28 days)

  • Full refund up to 30 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.

House Rules

We welcome guests with common courtesy and adhere to the following rules. Damages will be charged to your stay. 

  1. No disturbing or talking to neighbors. 

  2. No smoking of any kind inside or outside the house.

  3. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.

  4. No fire in the house. 

  5. No pets allowed. 

  6. No loud noises before 8 am and after 9 pm.

  7. No unregistered guests allowed overnight. 

  8. Don't break things in the house. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.

  9. Please always keep outside doors closed. Otherwise, critters will come in. It's Florida!!
